ANCHORAGE, AK (PNAN) – On view through Sunday, April 3, 2022, the Anchorage School District Youth 50th Art Exhibition is a celebration by young student artists from kindergarten through high school. Held in conjunction with National Youth Art Month, the show gives the students the opportunity to showcase their artworks not only in a museum, but also other city public buildings.
Teachers selected the pieces, which include drawings, paintings, multimedia works, photography, jewelry, and sculpture.
In addition to the Anchorage Museum, exhibition other locations include Anchorage 5th Ave Mall, Eagle River-Chugiak Municipal Library, Eagle River Muldoon Library, Anchorage ZJ Loussac Library, and the Midtown Mall.
