The Delphos Area Art Guild is a nonprofit organization designed to promote and encourage the development, interaction with and appreciation of art in various forms.
DAAG offers educational classes, workshops and events based on interest of all ages which range from Fine Arts, Fiber Arts, Crafts, Photography, Gardening, Cooking and much more, including it is involved in and consciously helps promote community based projects.
DAAG also has the pleasure of partnering with the Delphos Public Library in bringing forth these dynamic community events and efforts. Within this Partnership the Delphos Public Library hosts a myriad of classes within their ADA accessible interior classroom, as well as, their onsite newly renovated First Edition building.
Some of their summer activities begin with such as on Friday, June 13 with Teen Studio Art Night/ Manga Drawing and on Tuesday, June 17 with Art This! Located at 201 North Main Street, 2nd Street Entrance, on the first floor of a refurbished historical building in downtown Delphos, Ohio, it occupies a space of approximately 1,800 square ft with expansive ceiling with tin detailing and exposed brick walls which can accommodate a lobby area with 25′ exhibit space, 3 classrooms, offices and storage.
