On view through February 2, 2015 at the Workhouse Art Center in Lorton, Virginia, “Drink This!”has open with its third international ceramic cup show featuring 76 works of earthy wood-fired tea bowls, translucent tumblers and richly textured mugs selected by Welsh master ceramist Phil Rogers.

The show presents lively and unusual approaches to the ceramic drinking vessel. “The seemingly endless stream of creative endeavor from ceramic artists never ceases to amaze me,” Rogers said. “I gave much thought and consideration to the choices and I trust that they will meet with the approval of makers and visitors alike.”
An exhibit highlight will be a special curator-led viewing followed by a conversation and Q&A session with Phil Rogers via Skype on Sunday, January 18, 2015 at 11:00 am in Building W-3 at the Center.
