The mission at the Creative Arts Council of Wells County, headquartered in the city of Bluffton, Ohio, is to encourage, present and promote the arts for the benefit of each individual in the community we serve. They are the only arts organization in Wells County which offers a wide variety of arts programming through our Balentine Gallery, Wells Community Theater, School of Ballet and other special events and classes.
