On Friday, March 20, 2020 at the Wassenberg Art Center in Van Wert, Ohio, “Pop of Color” will feature some 25 paintings by Mary Hopson of Fennville, Michigan in her first solo exhibition.
Two of Hopson’s early teenage daughters loss their life in a car accident and the artist says, “…the lifetime of searching of ways to ease the pain and loss has led me to the creative outlet of art, music and faith. Pop of Color has brought light in my darkest hours…” The show will remain on view through April 5, 2020.
