DOVER, DE (PNAN) – Organized by the Delaware Watercolor Society and scheduled to close on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at the Biggs Museum of American Art, works of art by DWS artists were chosen for awards by juror Alexis Lavine. Those awarded were:
First Place went to “Working at Spencer’s Auction” by Winifred Way as well as was purchased by the museum for their private collection.
Merit awards went to “Child’s Play #1 – Marble Maze” by Anna Bellenger; “Time Keepers” by Isabel Pizzolato; and “Fantastic Noise at the Lady Bug Music Fest” by Cathy Walls.
