A show of prose and paintings

PIQUA, OH (NWPR) – A joint reception for the release of “Excursions: A Literary and Photography Journal” and the art show “Portals” which features a selection of abstract paintings by Edison State Associate Professor of Art Greg Clem will be held Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 6:30 pm in the Anne Vacarro and David Myers Art Gallery located in the East Hall of Edison State’s Piqua Campus.

The literary journal, dedicated to the late Rebecca Ault who taught composition at Edison for many years, includes a collection of short works of fiction, non-fiction, poetry, drama and photography from Edison students, faculty and staff as well as community members. The show remains on view through March 29.

From modest beginnings in 1973 in a rented facility, the Edison State Community College has grown in stages to its current campus, located on 131 acres in Piqua.
