Andrews’ works has the spotlight

     (NWPR-OH) – On view at the Findlay Art League, “B/Tween Series” is an exhibit featuring oil paintings and watercolors by James A. Andrews.  As a painter of landscapes, seascapes, portraits and wildlife, he works in oil, watercolor, pen and ink and pencil.

     Andrews is known for his historical images of shipping and shipwrecks of the Great Lakes.  Some of his works on display are local Lake Erie subjects like, Ford Tri Motor, Perry’s Monument and the Marblehead Light House. His work has been featured in the Arts of the Parks and the World Federation of Miniatures at the Smithsonian. 

     In conjunction with the Andrews exhibit, watercolors by Don Groff and humorous works in oil by Harry Melroy are also on view through December 31.
