Not everyone is a health nut that loves to drink kale smoothies and participate in yoga once a week. However, that doesnât mean you canât get the health benefits of consuming vitamins and minerals regularly.

Rather than becoming intimidated at the idea of consuming more vitamins, remember that any increase is better than none. There are several different important minerals that we need regularly, and even focusing on one is better than not at all.
