Gallery’s event targets homelessness

FORT WAYNE, IN (NWPR) – On Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, the Ruth Koomler Art Gallery will host a fundraiser for local nonprofit organizations supporting the homeless.

     On view will be artworks by twenty-seven local artists. In addition, the artists have chosen prose written by local poet, Marsi Lawson that connects to their work. These readings will begin at 3:30 pm by Dwandra Lampkin, an actress, playwright and currently an Associate Professor of Acting at Western Michigan University.
