BRIEF ABOUT: Now in its 36th summer, the program provides workshops introducing young people to visual and performing arts experiences. Youth arts activities will be held in Berne, Dunkirk, Geneva, Hartford City, Montpelier, Pennville, Portland and Redkey Indiana; and Celina, Coldwater, Fort Recovery, Minster, Rockford, St. Henry and St. Marys in Ohio.
