From the Umbrellas in Japan and California to the Gates in Manhattan’s Central Park, these artists have become world famous for their transformations of the environment. An artist’s reception is Saturday, July 9 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm in conjunction with the free Arts in the Parks family Chinese Fan Dance class.
