TITLE: Children of Burma

BRIEF ABOUT: An exhibit on loan from the Fort Wayne Museum of Art, features works by Steve Linsenmayer, who since the early 1990’s,  has been working with and documenting the Burmese community in Fort Wayne, which is home to the largest concentration of Burmese immigrants in the United States.  In 2006, he traveled to Burma and Thailand to record first-hand what life is like for Burmese both inside and outside of their country.  The images in this exhibit portray the perspective of life under one of the world’s most repressive military regimes.
