BRIEF ABOUT: A collection of new drawings and paintings from artist James Noellert (http://jamesnoellert.blogspot.com) , who as a native of Ann Arbor has been involved with the the Center for longer than even he can remember. After having his first gallery appearance at its annual Potential! exhibition as a Senior at Pioneer, he went on to receive his BFA from the College for Creative Studies, with awards from the school as well as the New York Society of Illustrators. He now works as an illustrator and creative problem solver from his home studio.
Along with Noellert, Detroit-area photographer Daniel Ribar (www.danielribarphotograhy.com) brings imagery from his close relationship with the wilder parts of northern Michigan, while local legend Tucker Myers shares sharp insights from his regular adventures in Mexico.
