BRIEF ABOUT: Retired Manager of Picture Editing and Research for the National Geographic Image Collection, Neil Philip will select a first, second and third place from each of the four categories: #1 – Got it Right the First Time—Point and Shoot. #2: The Serene Beauty of the Natural World. #3: Composed in the Studio. #4: Exciting Computer Created Marvels. During February 3 reception, Juror Philip will talk on the entries selected.
