BRIEF ABOUT: North Dakota Council on the Arts seeks your assistance in recognizing these people by your submission of nominations for the 2017 Governor’s Awards for the Arts Awards. The nomination deadline is January 13, 2017. Those chosen for the awards will be presented at a public event on March 28, 2017, at the North Dakota Heritage Center in Bismarck.
