TITLE: One Call Now
BRIEF ABOUT: The Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra Graeter’s Symphony Sundaes Series celebrates the music of Beethoven as a final season’s performance of the composer’s epic Symphony No. 3, “Eroica.” Also on the program: Mozart’s Symphony No. 35, “Haffner.”
MORE DETAILS: Tickets are available by calling 888.228.3630 or at www.daytonphilharmonic.com.
Editor’s note: This series is devoted to works by Beethoven and is presented by many DPO’s principal players in an entirely different and more intimate feel than any other, which are a shorter, more manageable length of family-friendly classics with no intermission; instead there is a relaxed “ice-cream social” sponsored by Graeter’s where you can meet and greet DPO musicians after the concerts. Held in the elegant Scottish Rite Cathedral at the Masonic Center, also take note the ticket prices are very reasonable and the parking is free.
