IMAGE: Sarah Gordy after Vermeer, by Richard Bailey. Sarah is an actress who has played characters in television, radio and stage plays. Her versatility and grace lend themselves perfectly to this emulation of Vermeer’s elegant studies. Her successes illustrate that people living with Down syndrome are much more than an outdated stereotype.
