Same forenames, different creative ways

FLAGSTAFF, AZ (PNAN) – On view through Friday, December 23, 2002, “Reengaging Ceramics: Bohnert, Hess, and Snelson” is an exhibition at the Coconino Center for the Arts in the Projects Gallery by these artists with the same first name, Jason who make utilitarian and decorative pottery for the table and for daily use, however use their process and materials from different perspectives.

For over 15 years, the “Jasons” have each maintained active studio practices in Flagstaff, including have been ceramic art educators between Coconino Community College, Northern Arizona University as well as conducted workshops at art centers across the country.
