ATLANTA, GA (PNAN) – Closing on Sunday, January 18, 2025 at the Fulton County Arts and Culture, “Psalms for Black Girls” is a solo exhibition featuring the works of contemporary artist Shanequa Gay.
This series of large-scale murals featuring photographs on tapestries of African American girls playing with monotone flags examines race, class, age and vulnerability, and how it uniquely ties to rights, visibility and policy in this country.
