Society members’ works on view

     (AAPNW-IL) Forty-five works by the members of the Illinois Watercolor Society are on display in the Bill Parks Gallery at the American Academy of Art in Chicago. The exhibition, “Members’ Show 2010” is on view through October 30.

     Shown in photo are award winners and *IWS Directors (l-r): Osio-Brown Award, “Faded Beauties” by Gerald Lewis;  Award of Excellence, “Nude” by Liliana Gaynor; Award of Excellence, “How Many Connections?” by Claire Wiest;  *Carole Hennessy; Honorable Mention, “Untitled Study” by Carol Luc; Best in Show, “In the Morning” by Ken Call; Osio-Brown Award, “Reading Time” by John Madison; *Tony Armendariz;  Jack Richeson Award, “Tapestry of Leaves” by Kathleen Los-Rathburn; Jack Richeson Award, “Lace Cap” by Scott Stoltman; and Judge of Awards, David Becker. Other awardees not shown are: Award of Excellence, “Marconi Café” by Tom Lynch; Honorable Mention, “Assisi” by Angelo Campagnolo; Honorable Mention, “Wave III” by Debra LePage; Creativo Framing Award, “Stop Thief!” by Tom Herzberg; and Osio-Brown Award, “Red Tulips” by Sandy Newell.
