CHICAGO, IL (AAPNW) – From Friday, January 17 through April 6, 2025, going on view in the Café Logan at the Reva and David Logan Center for the Arts, “Our Lived Experience” is a vibrant and thought-provoking exhibition celebrating the voices and visions of nine emerging women artists from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Curated by Dorian Sylvain, the show features a variety of artistic mediums by Alexy Irving, Carina Vargas-Nunez, Chazarhae Morales Williams, Delia West, Delilah D. Salgado, Haerim Lee, Kiah Zellner-Smith, Marlen Aguirre and Shiree Davis. Together they weave their personal narratives and collective stories that reflect the complexities of identity, heritage and lived realities. Through its multi-faceted approach, the exhibition invites audiences to explore the beauty and depth of shared human experience.
