NEW YORK, NY (PNAN) Three new artists will premiere films as part of the fifth annual Kate W. Cassidy Artist in Residence program, with works premiering on the ALL ARTS broadcast channel, site, YouTube channel and streaming app in spring 2025 as part of the ongoing series.
The 2025 ALL ARTS Artists in Residence include Lars Jan, a director, visual artist, writer and founder of Early Morning Opera, a genre-bending performance art lab whose works explore emerging technologies, live audiences and unclassifiable experiences.
Brandon Kazen-Maddox, an American Sign Language Artist, filmmaker, choreographer, director, professional acrobat, activist and co-founder of Up Until Now Collective, a multimedia arts production company focused on radical empathy and inclusion.
David Opdyke, a sculpture, drawing, and animation artist who explores globalization, consumerism and civilization’s relationship with the environment.
Artists interested in participating in an upcoming season can submit an application for consideration. Applications are reviews on a rolling basis, and cohorts are convened annually. More information can be found on the ALL ARTS Artist in Residence application page at www.allarts.org.
