Carducci says, “One of the very reasons my husband and I relocated our family to Portland was in fact the Arts Place We were impressed that a small community would and did make an investment in the Arts. The community’s commitment was further reflected in the community center, the Jay County Public Library and the hospital. This told us everything we wanted to know about Jay County and the people living here; it is where we wanted to raise our children.”
